9:30 - 10:30 Plenary presentation of the annual report of the multidisciplinary
Independent International Scientific Panel on Artificial Intelligence
• Presentation by the multidisciplinary Independent International Scientific Panel on
Artificial Intelligence providing an overview of its first report and main findings.
• The session will be structured around introductory presentations by the Co-Chairs of the Panel, followed by brief reflections from other Panel members, Member States and relevant stakeholders.
10:30 - 12:30 High-level governmental plenary segment: Harnessing the benefits of AI for all through inclusive and interoperable approaches
• High-level governmental segment for statements by Heads of Delegation and other senior representatives of Member States.
• Interventions will provide an opportunity to share national and regional perspectives,
priorities, experiences and approaches, best practices and lessons learned related to
artificial intelligence governance.
• The segment would also allow Member States to outline expectations regarding
international cooperation on artificial intelligence governance, while taking into account
different national and regional contexts, priorities and approaches.
12:30 - 13:30 High-level multi-stakeholder plenary segment: Harnessing the benefits of AI for all through inclusive and interoperable approaches
• Moderated exchange among high-level participants, governments, industry, civil society, academia, technical community, international organisations.
• The session will provide an opportunity to present perspectives, experiences, new initiatives and announcements, as well as practical opportunities for partnerships and cooperation initiatives relevant to artificial intelligence governance.

General Assembly resolution 79/325 established the Global Dialogue within the United Nations, as a platform involving Governments and all relevant stakeholders to discuss international cooperation, share best practices and lessons learned, and facilitate open, transparent and inclusive discussions on artificial intelligence governance.
